“Between June 2007 and June 2009 I was accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all the training required for the integration of the Building Society business into the Bank environment. At the time this was the largest, highest priority, business transformation programme involving 3.8m customers with 6m accounts.

I was responsible for defining the strategy and leading the design, development and implementation of all training across the branch networks (19,900 staff), direct channels (4,335 staff), and back offices (672 staff), including new integrations-specific teams. Delivery of circa 11,000 days of training.

I hired Evolution for Revolution to help us with the back office and integration-specific training. This included:

  • Training Needs Analysis, Training design, development and implementation
  • Delivery of face to face sessions and all related materialLeadership training was also developed and delivered
  • Monitoring of the effectiveness of the training delivered, re-evaluating where necessary
