Ian Moore

Ian began his career in the film and video industry, working in operational and creative roles, managing and developing teams in all the key areas of programme production. Recognising the importance of engaging the talent of others in the pursuit of goals, Ian retrained in psychology, focusing on individual, group and organisational change.

Benefiting from strategic and operational experience gained across a wide variety of sectors, Ian specialises in helping leaders translate strategy into action and develop the businesses they need to realise sustainable value through their people. Working in large and small systems, he facilitates the pragmatic application of change skills and strategies through a combination of 1:1 and group coaching.

A member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology, Ian is a certified psychometric practitioner at Level A & Intermediate Level B. He has undertaken the Introductory General Course in Group Work at the Institute of Group Analysis, Solution Focused training at the SFBT Centre and PRINCE2 Foundation training. Holding a Diploma in Psychological Counselling from Roehampton Institute, he has a practitioner focused MSc in Change from the University of Surrey. He is a governor of Bohunt School in Hampshire.

Married with 3 children, when the demands of a growing family allow it, Ian takes off on his motorcycle dreaming of the world trip that will take him the ‘long way round’.
