Sheila is a qualified training professional, with proven skills in the design, delivery and evaluation of business and people focused training and development solutions. She has extensive experience in the delivery of training strategies that meet the needs of the organisation, customer and jobholder.

Sheila’s experience was gained during 20 years working with Barclays Bank Plc and, for the last 10 years as an independent consultant.

Sectors worked in are finance and insurance, developing training interventions for customer contact staff and management focusing on business change, sales, service and systems.

Sheila is passionate about developing training interventions which are business focused, practical, actionable in the workplace and, importantly, enjoyable and memorable.
