Sue is a highly organised and motivated individual with strong communication and relationship building skills gained whilst working within a blue chip organisation and as a freelance consultant.

With over 15 years experience in all stages of the training cycle, Sue has a proven track record in needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes via various types of media including e-Learning.

In addition Sue provides outplacement consultancy within large organisational change programmes. As a lead consultant, her experience includes change workshops, CV writing, job searches, interview skills, starting your own business and one-to-one career development coaching.

Sue can also offer experience as a recruitment consultant and is BPS Level A qualified in the administration of psychometric tests. Managing events and assessing candidates in selection events across various sectors. Roles assessed have ranged from the Head of HR to Sales Support staff.
